2009 Location Fees:

Saturday Night Receptions (begin after 5:00pm) $3000.00*
Saturday Afternoon Receptions (end by 3:00pm) $2000.00
Friday Night and Sunday Receptions $2000.00
Off-season (November-March) $750.00
Weekday Receptions $550.00

Receptions include:

• Use of the Gardens, Pavilion, and restrooms.



• Six hour rental block includes one hour for setup, 4 hour event, and one hour for cleanup. Guests have use of the grounds for four hours.
2009:Saturday afternoon receptions include 3 hours of guest time. 

2009:Saturday evening receptions include 5 hours of guest time.


• Round tables and chairs to provide seating for up to 150 guests.*



• Individual tables available for use as a cake, registration, DJ or gift table.



• Sturdy white wooden folding chairs with padded seats to accompany round tables.



• On staff Event Coordinator to assist with professional planning and coordination on your day.



• Gift certificate for dinner to The Boathouse Restaurant, for the bride and groom’s one-year anniversary dinner.



• Bridal gift bag with midnight snack.

Wedding Ceremony when added to Reception Package

2008 Ceremony Package Fees, added to the reception location fee (above):

Saturday, Sunday and Friday Fee: $600
Monday-Thursday, and Friday before 1:00: $300

2009 Ceremony Package Fees added to the reception location fee (above):

Saturday evening, Sunday and Friday: $750.00                                 

Saturday daytime: $600.00                                                                                         

Off-Season (Nov-March), Monday-Thursday, or Friday before 1:00:  $350.00    

Wedding Ceremony Package includes:

• 45-minute rehearsal, prior to the wedding day.
            (Scheduled at the convenience of the Gardens at Sunday Park.)



• Waived room rental fee at The Boathouse Restaurant for rehearsal dinner (based upon availability).



• One additional hour of guest usage time, to begin 30 minutes prior to beginning of ceremony.



• White, wooden folding chairs for seating up to 150 guests at ceremony.



• Boat ride and grand exit, "sail off into the sunset" for the bride and groom, to the Brandermill Marina or Sunday Park dock (weather permitting). Not available weekdays or Off-Season.
